My bottom mic doesn't work?

Why when I'm doing diagnostics it says to check my bottom mic and top mic but when I search on Google it says my bottom mic is for talking while my top mic is noise canceling and when I'm doing diagnostics my bottom mic doesnt work but my top does?? Also when I use a toothpick in my top mic to check for debris it goes in deep but my bottom mic just stops

If the bottom mic isn't working I think would mean others can't hear you during a call

Do the diagnostic test on mic and just talk normal with both you should hear it

I just hear static when it says check bottom mic

Sticking something in the microphone hole is never recommended.

Other than the findings in diagnostics, are you having any issue?

No it's just my mic
