Is it possible to switch to 4g service on a 5g phone?

I want to know how to change my mobile network to a 4g service. I have a 5g phone, and do not get good service on it.

Many phones have it disabled or not available ti change it might be a carrier thing

You can try this, go to settings, connections, mobile networks and see if you can toggle off 5g. Not all carriers allow you to do this.

I have an unlocked device running on Verizon and I have toggle for 5g right where you directed meself to.
