A Series & Other Mobilei just bought an A16 5g from Best Buy (USA). Best Buy's website clearly states it's a "dual SIM slot" phone. but the phone will only physically hold a single sim + an sd card.
is the phone wrong , or best Buy's documentation?

A Series & Other MobileThe manual pg 10 shows how to load 2- p Sims in your phone. Pg 11 is much clearer and with that I close this communication.

A Series & Other MobileI can see the outlines of your tray. I have seen that type of tray before. I don't remember what my tray looks like, because I am not in the habit of randomly pulling out my tray once my SIM/SD card is in, but I know it's double sided. I have my SIM on one side and the SD card on the other, but the SIM 2 slot clearly has indicators for either SD or SIM, and one goes one way an the other goes the other way. In the tray you are showing, SIM 1 is the inner tray and a single SIM should be placed there. An SD card will go in the outer tray sideways. If you forego the SD card in favor of a second SIM, SIM 2 would go in the outer tray in just the same position as shown in the photo.

A Series & Other MobileI have exactly the same problem.
In the picture shown the SIM card is not sitting properly. That is, the slot would only accommodate and SD but not a sim.
I think I will order another holder to see if that would work
