I'm still on 6.0 on A15 5G and it's unlocked

I am wondering why I'm not getting updates I've cleared my cache and checked the sim status and it didn't say it was locked, I got it off Amazon brand new not used and still nothing, it says I need a security update but it says its up to date.

It's also not carrier locked I think and I have mint mobile so it automatically unlocks my phone in 60 days and I've had mint and my phone for over 60 days

The model number is A156U. It's not a firmware-unlocked phone. It may be carrier-unlocked but the current SIM doesn't match the phone's firmware. I've already advised you that you need to get unlocked firmware flashed at an authorized service center.

I have the same phone and updated lots of bugs stay where your at for a while the bugs are frustrating
