So I purchased a handset from T-Mobile and after about I'd say a month or so I started noticing that the phone was doing things that I wasn't controlling and that I hadn't programmed into the phone I feel as though my personal space has been invaded completely and I'm looking for suggestions

If you have been invaded several times, despite your precautions, it's user behavior. Millions of users connect to other devices, including Windows comouters, yet you are a very tiny minority of users beibg hit. If Samsung was at fault, there would be a line of people you could not count screamingly to the heavens and Samsung would be defunct . Again, uf you think the culprit us BT, Samsung neither developed or owns the technology.

I don't have to call Samsung and ask them anything. BT is not a Samsung issue - they don't own, and didn't invent the technology. Don't use BT, and disable it, if you feel it's insecure.
