If your phone is no longer working, the good thing about things in your Google account, is you can access them from any device by opening a web browser, going to Google snd logging into your account. If you purchase a new device, all your stuff will be restored when you set it up and log into your Google account. If you forgot your Google password, you will have to go to the website and go through the password recovery/reset process.

Try restarting your Galaxy A10e first, then go to 'Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts' to check if your Google account info shows up. If it’s not syncing, re-add your Google account by removing it and signing back in. This usually fixes recovery issues.
