How do you retrieve photos that you backed up from the A10e?

Need help and directions on how to get the photos that you backed up from your A10e.

All you have to do is download samsung share on whatever phone or actually both phones that you are trying to send or receive from and it'll basically walk you thru what you have to do !

I had to factory reset my phone. But I did not want to lose my pictures. How can I get them back. Using the A10e model

Samsung cloud no longer syncs gallery. One drive.
And only those on internal memory.
Better than Samsung cloud, one drive and camera upload.

Never got my old photos back. Thanks for the advice. My phone is in need of an upgrade. Lol
