How can I get to maintenance mode on my A53?

I have backed up my A53 phone with Google. how do I get to mainteance mode?  and is there anything I need to do before turning over to repair?  The charging port is "clogged" and Dust remover doesn't do anything.

Help, I AM ABOUT TO RUN OUT OF BATTERY AND I CANNOT RECHARGE.

Go to settings/device care//
Maintenance mode and then turn it on.
