It was supposed to be released in early October but got delayed due to firmware issues,Samsung starting releasing One ui 8 for other s22 models,but not for the s22 ultra,Since you are on visible and it is unlocked,Visible has to test it and approve it and it may take longer for you to get it after Samsung releases it for the s22 ultra because of visible.
