A Series & Other MobileMy Galaxy A53 connects to the Bluetooth device but doesn't play my Pandora through it; it only plays through my phone. Calls work through Bluetooth, but the audio doesn't. I've tried every setting I can, including resetting the wifi and Bluetooth settings, and still no luck. Everything was fine until the last update to my phone, like a week ago. My UI version now is 7.0 (it just updated again today), and it's any Bluetooth device, my vehicle, earbuds, speaker, basically anything I connect to, but weirdly, my notifications and calls play through the Bluetooth device but not Pandora. It's never been an issue before

A Series & Other Mobile1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears
2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight โWipe Cache Partition.โ Press power button to select this option. Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.
5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it. The phone will reboot as normal.

A Series & Other MobileCheck this setting: setting/sound and vibration/separate app sound. Make sure it is not turned on, and make sure that no apps were added and directed to the phone. Conversely, if it's off, turn it on and select all your media apps then direct them to the BT device.
