Alarms with text announcements

I was once able to create an alarm that announced its title, such as "Shower & get dressed" along with the current time.

I would like to be able to create another one, but I don't see a method to do so. Help?

To make it read the title out loud you select Alarm sound and select read out loud

I had the same issue before! Thankfully, with Nationwide Coverage Across the UK, I found a workaround using a third-party app to announce reminders with the time.
