A Series & Other MobileI have had this Samsung A716U1 phone for a while and something strange was happening when I would go my daughter's high school. I would not be able to reach her anyway possible and neither could she. I figured the school probably installed blockers or something but it turns out my APN settings were not right. The tragedy is I can't change them because the ADD button on the APN menu is greyed out and the Reset To Default is also greyed out. I have at least 50 apps on it and ton of passwords in the Samsung wallet. I have backed up everything on the phone to Samsung Cloud as well as Google Cloud. My provider has given up on enabling the button. So, my only option left is a factory reset. Will it enable it? It is going to be a lot of work trying to restore and ensure it all works. I tried MyTechSuite to Force an Add but it unset most of the settings. Now the phone only works on WiFi. Do you guys think a factory reset will enable the ADD button?

A Series & Other MobileNavigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
Tap the three dots (menu icon) in the top right and select "Reset to default".
Toggle your mobile data off, then turn your phone off and on again.
3. Toggle Airplane Mode
Turn on Airplane Mode.
Wait a moment, then turn it off.
4. Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings > General management > Reset.
Select "Reset network settings".
You'll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords and re-pair any Bluetooth devices after this.
5. Use a Third-Party App (If Available)
For carriers that lock APN settings, a third-party app might work.
Download an app like "My APN" from the Galaxy Store.
Ensure Wi-Fi is off and mobile data is on, then open the app to add the necessary APN information.
6. Remove and Reinsert the SIM Card
Turn off your phone and remove the SIM card.
Wait a minute or two, then reinsert the SIM card and power the phone back on. This can sometimes trigger the APN settings to be pushed again
