A Series & Other MobileHow can I know the health of my Samsung A55 battery? My phone is new and I have only had it for two days. Accubatery and battery Guru say that the battery health is 96%. How can this happen that a new phone says that the battery health is 96%? Or are apps like Accubatery and battery Guru showing wrong information? On the other hand, do Accubatery and battery Guru show accurate and reliable information? Or is the information they provide not accurate or reliable information? Samsung members, I know about it, but unfortunately it does not work for me. It refuses me. Error service 400. That's what it says. I tried everything, like VPN, etc. What should I do to know the health of my battery correctly? Why do Accubatery and battery Guru not provide accurate and reliable information?

A Series & Other MobileYou can do a diagnostic on the battery by going to settings/device care/diagnostics. For the phone, the diagnostics start testing everything all at once, but if you only want to test the battery or other individual components, double tap the screen when the diagnostic starts and it will ask if you want to skip that test or stop. Choose stop and then you will get the menu of individual items to test. It's also possible that your phone is still learning your usage habits and is not testing normally, since the battery is adaptive. You can also download DevCheck from the Play store and it will show you your battery health status.
