Prior to Android 15, my A54 would display a notification of the presence of familiar commercial networks requiring explicit sign-in. Typical example: when entering Panera, my A54 would display a notification indicating that the Panarea network was available & required sign-in. Upon clicking the notification, Panera would automatically sign me in (since I had previously agreed to their terms of service).
Since the Android 15 update, my A54 no longer provides such notifications. I can still connect if I open the WiFi list and explicitly tap on the desired network. For people like me, this is an inconvenience. For people like my wife (probably the vast majority), the thought of connecting will never occur to her.
