I purchased Samsung A 53 5G one and half months back which is still under warranty.  The phone screen is not rotating 360 degree. IT only rotates 90 degrees. I have talked to customer service 3 times and they are not ready to replace the phone. They have opened a ticket with UbreakIfix their authorized repairing center. I got the call from them that we are not repairing any Samsung phones so please do not come by and Samsung is not responsible for anything even if it is a manufacturing defect. My ticket number is 5129521490 and 2nd ticket number is 2267600189.

My suggestion is please do not purchase any Samsung phones as they are not responsible for anything and didn't get after-sales service.

Is there any solution for this issue?

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your device not rotating properly and would be happy to assist you further. If your Galaxy phone or tablet won't stop rotating its screen, or, on the other hand, if it does not rotate at all, don't panic. Your device comes with screen rotation settings built right in. It's just a matter of making sure you have the correct settings in place. You can make your device's screen rotate freely with Auto rotate, or lock it in one position using either Portrait or Landscape mode. Give this link a try for steps to make your auto-rotate function properly: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00088202/
