A52 phone will not turn WiFi or Bluetooth on.

My phone will not turn on WIFI or Bluetooth. Toggle both on in Settings/Connections and it turns the switch blue, but nothing after that and if I back out 1 level, it goes right back to off.

Anyone have any idea what would cause this and how do I fix it???

Try this: Settings> Accounts & Back Up> Reset> Reset Bluetooth & WiFi settings. After you complete this, reboot your phone.
