If you are using Samsung Notes, did you have it set to sync with Samsung Cloud? Do you still have the original phone? If so, turn that setting on now on both phones and let your notes sync, then open the notes app on the new phone and your notes should be there. If you no longer have the old phone, but had the notes syncing, make sure the sync setting is turned on in Notes on the new phone and your notes should return.
