I am unable to make mobile banking deposits with my bank since the last two July 2025 updates.  According to the bank, I am the -only- customer who is unable to make a mobile deposit.

Samsung has nothing to say, so I guess they think I should change banks?

Sick of Samsung.

Thank you for your reply. I'd already reinstalled the app. Nonetheless, I cleared the cache to no avail.  Bank tech support said I'm the only customer with this issue.  I'm waiting to see if they can do anything.

Make sure your banking app is updated.

Long press on your banking app, you will get a pop-up, click on the i, go to storage, open it, clear cache.

Well, I decided to restart my phone and guess what?  Remote deposit works.  I'm embarrased that I didn't think of doing that earlier but, oh well.
