A Series & Other MobileI am unable to make mobile banking deposits with my bank since the last two July 2025 updates. According to the bank, I am the -only- customer who is unable to make a mobile deposit.
Samsung has nothing to say, so I guess they think I should change banks?
Sick of Samsung.

A Series & Other MobileThank you for your reply. I'd already reinstalled the app. Nonetheless, I cleared the cache to no avail. Bank tech support said I'm the only customer with this issue. I'm waiting to see if they can do anything.

A Series & Other MobileLong press on your banking app, you will get a pop-up, click on the i, go to storage, open it, clear cache.

A Series & Other MobileWell, I decided to restart my phone and guess what? Remote deposit works. I'm embarrased that I didn't think of doing that earlier but, oh well.
