What does this do other than the built in optimize (clear cache) button in device care does?

Do you know what that extra step is? Can't find anything unless it's talking about the system cache vice the app cache?

Yeah wish they allow it as an widget or it's stand alone side app icon in the home screen. I'm sure I'm asking to much here. 🙏
