Hello, could you please pay attention to the Bluetooth connection of the headphones? Because when I'm using them and receive a call, the noise cancellation doesn't work, the noise continues and the person who called me can't talk to me, if I'm in public, I don't know if it's a bug or if an update is needed. I've tested it on several headphones and unfortunately they're all the same.

Beta feedback in the 3 options of the main screen, select what your feedback is, than type what's wrong and pictures and send data log so they can look into by final release

As @youu suggested, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
