TipsAre you downloading on wifi or using data?
Have you booted to recovery, cleared cache yhen retry the download?
It sounds like the download was corrupted.

TipsThere's a thred over on xda about this topic. The fix was to reflash stock ROM (o.s) with latest oneui 6 then using OTA update to bring it back up to oneui 7 beta 3.
You could try a factory reset. If that doesn't work, make sure you send in a bug report with logs. If you dont know how to properly flash your device, i recommend taking it to a Samsung service center.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device (While on Beta 2 S/W, since updating to Beta 3 software is failing):
1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
