No matter how long this Beta is or what people consider is a "delay", one thing is clear. Samsung is working hard to maintain a Polished Software.

This should always be the goal, no matter the complaints or those who wish to rush it.

What I would love to see if this level of polish to be pushed on other apps, I have said this before.

If Samsung can provide developers with Incentives to create apps with One UI aspects (Shapes, Fonts, Color Way. The basics.), and even create optimized presets for gaming (ex. Genshin Impact has a preset for 120FPS that's a one click solution). This would propel Samsung to the moon, even compete neck and neck with Apple with App Quality.

Google Messages is proof One UI theme can be applied to non Samsung apps.

To the Beta Mods. I urge you to pass this message on. Samsung is the face of Android for many, I'd love to see this being taken advantage. Apps "built for Galaxy". Limitless Choices (Phones in varying price ranges) with Apps Built for your Galaxy (Samsung Ecosystem).

Hello,

Thank you for your thoughtful and insightful feedback as always. Your continued engagement in the One UI Beta community is truly appreciated, and your ideas about Samsung incentivizing developers to align with One UI’s design principles are valuable points.

Samsung’s goal has always been to refine and enhance the One UI experience, ensuring that it remains a polished, user-friendly, and competitive interface. As you mentioned, a more cohesive “Built for Galaxy” approach across third-party apps could further strengthen the Samsung ecosystem, and we’ll make sure to pass along this feedback to the relevant teams.

We also appreciate the discussion around One UI’s evolving design language and its differences from Google’s Material 3. One UI’s approach prioritizes functionality, customization, and elegance, and while some areas still need polish (e.g., animations, Quick Settings UI, status bar transitions, and icon consistency), this Beta phase allows time for fine-tuning before the stable release.

We truly appreciate your continued contributions and detailed insights. Samsung remains committed to delivering a refined One UI experience, and feedback like yours helps shape its evolution. Thanks again for being a valued member of the Beta community!

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
