Animation and One-Hand Operation on Gallery App

After using the Gallery app on One UI 8.5, I thought Samsung should fix these things:

1. Bad animation issue

    The album return animation is still laggy in One UI 8.5. I really hope Samsung changes this animation.

2. Non-One-Handed experience

    Even when a header is expanded, I cannot reach the buttons with one hand because they are at the top of the screen, as shown in this image. They should be placed between the header and the content like before.

The animation issue could be improved yeah but the one handed experience the layout looks way better now, is not an actual issue just use the one handed mode so that you can reach it or get a smaller phone 😛

I still think one-hand operation should be revived, even if the buttons look worse.

I use a compact phone (Galaxy S22), but I cannot reach these buttons with one hand in the One UI 8.5 Gallery App. Personally, I would prefer one-handed operation over a slightly better appearance. (I suggest a redesigned version for you.)

Furthermore, they lack design consistency because button locations differ between the album screen and other screens the in gallery app.

 

This is my redesigned version. What do you think?
