It would be nice to have some of the s24 camera features like portrait video with gray background. I saw some things that I noticed that the Galscy S24 ultra has that the Galaxy S25 Ultra suddenly doesn't. I understand that we can't have it all but me watching a TikToker with all these fabulous Samsung Galaxy Features is what ultimately made me switch from apple. I can say I'm glad I did. 😊

Portrait video doesn't have that feature because it's literally portrait mode which is itself, one of the features in the same list of effects that you would find the color pop. Think about what your asking, how would the video even show its bokeh effect on a generated solid color background that has absolutely zero depth of field?? Whatever you watched I assure you it's not a true shot video, it's a heavily edited, post shot using likely multiple apps or edited on a PC.
Portrait needs to see a 3rd dimension to even be portrait. If by chance you are actually talking about grey scale/monochromatic portrait video, as in the true background is fully there, just without any color, that's easily achievable on an S25U. You add the filter in edit after you take a portrait video... It's quite simple. You may want to watch some tutorials on YouTube it'll be easier to understand and learn. This is one of the most basic edits and is applied in 2 or 3 presses. Good luck, hope you figure it out 👌🏻
