Quick Share should have a pairing support that will let a user to pair another device so that files can be transferred without confirmation.
Also, to make sure files are being sent to the correct device, the samsung account / Google Account profile photo should be visible to the sender device.
Previously, when it was Nearby Share, it was possible to setup and receive files directly to Secure Folder. Secure Folder's Nearby Share account was shown separately. Please bring this feature back to Quick Share so that files can be received directly in Secure Folder.

Yes, Pairing supports like this is available for devices with same Samsung account. That's one thing. Sharing with other people, like friends and family is another.
