Samsung, may you guys please better optimize your Social Media apps for One UI and Android? At this point it's getting ridiculous how less smooth apps are on here compared to iOS and it's honestly getting old. This goes beyond just the picture quality btw. From getting weird shades of black and grey in Instagram to overlapping menus in Snapchat, it looks and feels terrible. Even YouTube, A NATIVE ANDROID APP is not properly optimized compared to iPhone. Please Samsung optimize these apps because a properly optimized app changes how the software is viewed, felt, seen, and interacted with so please I beg of you Samsung to please optimize social media apps for One UI/Android already. It would make a big difference, I promise. You would close the gap between Android and iOS even further.

Well there's people, like me for example, have never had an iPhone and I never will. I despise them. I don't see why it's so difficult to say something with a little bit of kindness. It's not too much to ask for Samsung to make the whole experience better. Especially for the people who bought the most expensive. So I don't think what you said is right or valid to the discussion. Wow.. Never fails to amaze me

I want Samsung's software to get better and offering feedback is way of doing it. Saying that I should buy an iPhone is like telling someone to buy a Mercedes because they have a few gripes with their Toyota. It doesn't make sense and with some feedback, the Toyota would be perfect, so there would be no need to get a Mercedes, just like how if I offer feedback about Samsung's OS then it would result in it being perfect for me rather than to go and buy an iPhone. Buying an iPhone would mean I could care less about the user experience and the UI/OS and I just switch just 'cause "I complain about Samsung's OS." Not only does it not make sense because Samsung makes good phones with great overall software that just needs tweaking in a few areas, it's expensive as phones have become $800+ so switching would make a dent in my wallet and the same would go for the analogy I made earlier. I already have an S24 Ultra I got for Christmas so either way, there is no need for an iPhone, or just a new phone in general.

Thank you!!! It's important Samsung hears us out and implements these changes, otherwise it will feel and look cheap, unfinished, and like an afterthought.

Samsung doesn't write those apps. It's on the app devs to optimize for the new OS. Chances are they're waiting for the stable release to update their apps to avoid tweaking every time for each new beta.

I see but we aren't asking for apps to be altered EVERY beta. That gets redundant after a while. Plus iOS betas are overall smoother than Android betas so it honestly doesn't make sense why they can't optimize their apps one time to be well-rounded, always run smoothly, and never have to be altered in any beta release.

So by the same logic, when Ford comes out with a new concept car, all the big aftermarket manufacturers should change all of their headlights, bug guards, fender extensions, etc etc etc, for the shape and configuration of the new concept car? And when Ford tweaks things a little, they should again change all of those aftermarket parts again? I know there is a difference between hardware and software, but believe me, that sure as **bleep** doesn't make software easier or cheaper to redo with every new iteration.

No, that's not what I'm saying...I'm saying they should optimize it where it wouldn't have glitches or issues on betas or official software, and that is what they have done with iOS. I am not saying they should heavily optimize it once every new software release.
