One handed notifications

Default the notifications popping up at the bottom of the screen instead of the top so that they are easier accessed one handed. 

I'm loving the move to make everything more reachable in the software

🤔 that would help makes more sense of the Now Bar. At least giving the option.

If you think of it this way if the were anywhere else on the screen they would interfere with widgets, fingerprint sensor and Now Bar
