I have recently downloaded the beta 8.5 and I can appreciate some of the changes. In reference to the storage sharing... could something more be done with that option. Such as removing files from your phone device to another device i.e. laptop, note, etc. Since S25 no longer allow SD card for back up or saving. Files that do not want to be deleted. Also, it will expand more storage on the phone device.
Are you talking about sharing files to your laptop, tablet, or other phone? It's already been available for a long time. And if all your devices are Samsung, it's really cool because you can just move the mouse across all of them under Multi Control. Also, with the keyboard, you can copy any text from one device and paste it onto another. The same goes for your browser; you can start on your phone and continue on your laptop right away.
