Suggestions1. We make Samsung aware we're not going to put up with this until they reverse course
2. If they won't reverse course entirely on planned obsolescence, we leave for an OEM that values our support and shows it by not pulling this stuff with their flagships (that are likely much less than the $1300 we already paid).
Samsung - you might wanna rethink the way you're handling this before we rethink who to purchase our next phones from. You're not gonna bully us into upgrading to the S25U, but you may very well push us away from ever purchasing another Samsung product if you don't bring your new device features to the S24U.

SuggestionsThe video also highlighted the negative customer reaction to Samsung withholding features from the S22 Ultra, initially claiming hardware limitations. This led to a reversal by Samsung due to significant user complaints and successful feature porting by the community.
Reports indicate successful One UI 7 installations on the S9 Ultra, functioning without issues. Given Samsung's relatively stagnant RAM and processor upgrades over the past five years, this is not unexpected. If a feature is truly processor-dependent, Samsung must provide demonstrable evidence; otherwise, there's no justifiable reason to restrict the S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra, and even the S22 Ultra from supporting most features. Samsung should abandon its restrictive software approach and focus on creating devices that users desire to upgrade based on genuine improvements and merit.
