Live notification animation improvement suggestion

We should get a better animation for live notifications. I think apps that support it, when closing them, should close directly into the live notification.

What I mean by that is, when closing an app, the app itself or the icon should go to the top and morph into the live notification. Example in the video linked. Imgur Link
