Let the user remove apps

I do not want unknown apps running in the background or linger on the phones storage. 

Let us get rid of it. Specially meta services. You'll force out customers.

Almost all user operated apps can be removed form the device manually, disabled completely or even prevented from running in the background. What are (the) unknown apps?
