I wonder if it's just "reply and forget" or if Samsung actually processes these suggestions.

Samsung should create some tracking system for these suggestions with tags like "under discussion within the product team", "decision made to proceed", "in development", "ready to be released in next beta version", "rejected", etc.
Without a tracking system, there's no point in even talking to Samsung. Because what's the point if you we don't even know if the suggestions we submit are not being flushed down the toilet.

While this sounds great, too much transparency into the process could actually be a bad thing.

If people are going this crazy over delays with no information, imagine how nuts they would be once their pet feature requests get outright rejected, or even greenlit and then later cut.

We understand your concern, and we truly appreciate your engagement in the One UI Beta community. Your feedback—along with many other user suggestions—is reviewed and considered by the product teams as part of the ongoing development process.

While there isn’t a public-facing tracking system at this time, user feedback is not ignored or forgotten. Many past suggestions have influenced One UI refinements, feature adjustments, and design improvements over time. However, due to internal product planning, feasibility assessments, and long-term development strategies, not all suggestions can be immediately acknowledged with a concrete status update.

Additionally, we aim to avoid false or unofficial announcements that could be misinterpreted or leaked, leading to inaccurate rumors before a feature is still finalized or officially announced. This is why some responses may feel generalized, but all feedback is carefully reviewed and shared with the relevant teams. Although we cannot disclose how we internal discussions are made during the meetings, we are monitoring every feedback on regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly) for 7 days a week / 52 weeks per year/ 12 months per month- yes we are working vigorously all the time 🙂
