To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

Did you add a screen protector after you registered those prints? If so you need to re-register them. If you can't register them again you would need to change the screen protector to a different or better one.
