Feature Request: Camera Watermark

Current watermark design is too old and outdated. Samsung please work on this.

We need watermarks options like this. Adding watermark below image looks really cool.

No and that is not a Watermark that is the Details which can be seen by swiping up on a photo or video

@ButtaBean_420 I know that the image metadata is available in the backend, and yes, we can access it by swiping up in the Samsung Gallery app.

However, my request is different. I’m asking Samsung to include this information directly on the image itself, just like Other brand does in the attached example.

This kind of embedded watermark looks visually appealing and professional, especially when viewing photos on laptops, TVs, or other devices where swiping isn’t possible.

Currently, Samsung’s watermark is just plain text (like “Galaxy S24 Ultra”), which feels outdated. It would be great if Samsung updates it to something more informative and visually rich, similar to what other Android OEMs offer.

If this is an additional option, I would like to see it. Maybe, at least, adding this option to Photo Editor would be great.

@MsVirgo87 This is a matter of individual preference. If you find it objectionable, you can disable this feature in the settings. This functionality is user-configurable. We recommend allowing Samsung to implement this first.

It's in settings. But I think you're right, the option needs to be more easily accessed, like in the more menu. It would be nice to have options on the level of detail the watermark shows when you click the button to toggle the watermark on. Or when you press and hold it, there's more options on details. Because there is a way to do those things, but not as user friendly. Right now, it's six steps.
