There are good features that customers don't know exist and I only found by accident. One is Adapt Sound. It's deep in Accessibility. I think when you first connect ear buds and do the setup, this option should be a part of it.
You have the option to set it to open Air Commands when you remove the S Pen. I think this should be done by default.
The Camera palm gesture in Shooting Methods should be on by default with a pop-up that tells you that you can disable it. When you first open the camera, it could tell users to check out settings for more features.
When you go to the power menu for the first time, it could bring attention to the button actions setting.
Maybe the first time they use the phone, it could tell people about these options.
