Have you ever tried "Galaxy Themes". You can have any icon, any color, change the wallpaper, make it live, give a whole different color and design to the Keyboard, change all the sounds and notifications, etc. It is amazing. I never keep the default one.
Galaxy Themes is ok. Theme Park is a better option for more fine-tuned customization, but neither Galaxy Themes nor Theme Park offer what users are asking for ā dynamic native icons that change on a schedule.
