App drawer transition

• How about taking some features from some of the third party drawer apps that are out there and implement transition effects (cupe out and so on) and even animation for opening apps in stock launcher or in Good Lock?

I'd be happy with the option to turn off the dock.. I'll literally drop no Nova if this comes as an option, even if it's with Home Up. I love how smooth and clean One UI launcher is.. But I cannot stand how basic and limited can be..

Nova is unusable for me because it lacks a crucial feature: Custom sort apps within the drawer. That has been a key feature of Android since forever. Everybody laughed at Apple when they implemented it, claiming that was old school. Nova is highly customizable, but doesn't allow that? Weak!

One UI launcher let's you place anything anywhere. You don't even have to fill up the pages, which is required with other launchers that let you custom sort.

Apex was my favorite until they ruined it with 4.x and then vanished. A lot of others nowadays seem to have copied the frontend of it, but share one no-go: Folders are stuck in front of the apps and can't be sorted.

Now, One UI even let's you replace the icon or load a self made custom icon pack. Only thing missing (for me): Transition animation.

Why don't they just take all the features from third party launchers which share the same style and implement them to make it the best, including disabling the dock for @Robin621k 😉

Wow, that's wicked 😲 Those margins are way too big!

Not using One UI at the moment, so I can't relate, but that is outrageous.

If they would implement a feature to choose dock height and margins, that would take of it.

Like I said, f.e. the launchers from "Super Launcher Serie" more or less have every customization needed in a launcher with that style. Just, in the drawer folders are stuck in front and pages need to be filled up..
