Will Proscaler and other S25 series features come to older devices?

With the Samsung Unpacked event today, we saw the launch of the S25 Ultra and some really cool features, like Proscaler which upscales all video content. Is the S25 series the only devices that can run this feature or will the S24 series and older get it too? Also Log video, would love to see that
