Usb charging port wet

When charging the phone then turn it off while it's charging or charging the phone while it's dead/ off it doesn't charge it stops charging and it send a message saying the usb c charging port is wet moist and it needs to dry but the phone is not wet at all and there's no debris in the is c charge for this to go away you have to go into usb c and clear cache and data and restart the phone then charge the phone wirlessley for few minutes then hook up the usbc charging port for it to work I tried this so many times and it causes me this issue I tried more than 8 times to charge the phone when it's off and it makes the usbc act as if it's wet please let me know if that gets fixed thanks I'm using galaxy s25 ultra

Yes sir 😊 thanks for your concern I wonder if you tried this does it happen to your phone? Can you confirm to me if you want to try it if not nor worries

Before you submit an error report, please check if you are using an authentic Samsung Charger or ports. 

  • If there is any foreign object stuck inside the USB port or the cable, the device’s safeguard may shut off charging for its protection.
    With a soft brush, remove the foreign object and try charging again.
  • For wireless charging, if there is any foreign object located between the device and the charger, the charging may be slowed.
    Remove the foreign object and try charging again.
  • If there is any moisture detected inside the USB port or the cable, the device’s safeguard will notify you that moisture is detected and will shut off charging.
    Try again after the moisture is removed.

If none of them applies, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

Don't call samsung care cause they are **bleep**ing useless and because u(and i) have that phone.. u knk that **bleep**ing brand new less than a year old phone...they wont do much they want u to send it if u dont live near a center and go without a phone untill they decide what they will do. So what I did was curse and get **bleep** every day and live on 3% battery with a **bleep** wireless pack. And then all of a sudden I got a old cable that isn't a newer data cable to work and I've used it ever sense. The data cables wont work its as if the port is broke... but I dont got time for no phone for weeks
