I installed the UI 7 beta yesterday and now I can not longer connect my phone to my Windows 11 computer vis USB. I have gone through all the phone settings I can think of and can not find any that will once again allow this connection. Any suggestions?
Thank you for the response. Not sure there are screen shots to take as the phone does not show up on my computer to transfer files. This is something that I need to work. I have sent a beta report in and got the standard thank you response. Hopefully they actually read it and fix it. Again thank you for your help.
It seems that USB connection failure was due to condition / connector failure from the USB cable.
Although this problem is often caused by aging cable or foreign matter (contamination) from the connector end, we recommend you try with different USB cable.
I have the exact same problem, but it is not caused by the cable. My phone will recharge battery when connected to the pc, but I cannot access the files. Please help
