Samsung health-heart rate measure

I am using a Samsung ring to measure my heart rate during exercise. About half the time it stops at 99% and says I should adjust the time for better contact. I have never had this problem before upgrading to the beta. I usually have to cancel and restart the heat rate measure. 

Is this a sync issue?

I would report this issue to Samsung to see why it isn't syncing correctly
