You will have to wait until the Beta is over, unless Google pushes out a Play System update. Usually it doesn't work in Beta. You will need to use Samsung wallet
Beta software is not certified secure so wallet apps never work until the beta ends and the official software is installed. This issue comes up every year during beta testing.
