No, One UI Home is what that article is about. It is obviously running on One UI 7 Beta. Perhaps you're thinking of Home Up.

Goodlock never work with betas, until later betas

Certain Good Lock themes/apps are unavailable due to incompatibility of One UI 7 OS version. 

However, they will soon be available as we progress through official version.

Thats for Android 14/One UI 6 users. Version number is 15.1.03.95 in that screenshot. The current version on Android 15/ One UI 7 is 16.0.00.203. See attached screenshot.
