Dude, I'm stoked that the "now brief" is in the S24 series, but it's not showing up on the lock screen. Think this is a beta bug that'll get fixed? I swear, I checked all the settings. It should be there.

No Now Brief yet... Day 2.
I don't use Samsung Weather or news. Maybe that has an impact? All settings are correct for Now Brief to show if it wants to.

Just restart your phones and clear the cache of the device via recovery settings.
