Does anybody alse have an issue where their notification panel is black im trying to change it and nothing if anyone can help please.

Try clearing the cache, change your color palette, download theme park from goodlock and see if that works

Turn off dark mode

Check to see if reduce transparency is on, and if it is turn it off
