Music control from notifications panel

Is there a way to get the media control back in the top of the notification panel when you slide down? Only way in UI7 to control music now if going into the Media output section.

I think OP is referring to the fact that music controls now only appear in the control panel and not in the notification panel, unless I am misunderstanding.
