I have an issue with the shortcuts going away after I power off or restart the device. Like when it dies or freezes and I restart it the shortcuts go away. I use it mostly for a flashlight so its not that big a deal but it sucks cuz Im used to it from the old ui
My shortcuts are still there. Are you using a 3rd party app like Good Lock or similar? Have you done a factory reset to rule out any bugs left over from One UI 6 or previous Betas? A fresh install will determine if it's a Samsung problem or individual user's phones.
I do soft resets all the time and my shortcuts never go away. I clear caches from the Recovery screen and upon reboot they are there.
