Hello. I've been having connection issues with my Galaxy Buds3 Pro and also I've been doing the troubleshooting steps Samsung agents have been telling me, giving it time and still having connection issues with my buds. Now I wanna know if I can have them replaced since it's Software inconveniences? Pls somebody let me know

When issues have you been having?
I noticed the other day that when using Google Meet they will randomly disconnect.
We are using beta software and I would recommend waiting for stable release.

Does this happen when you restart your phone? Beta seems to break the bluetooth link after restarting.

I lose connection while in a video call and have to reconnect my buds by selecting the Bluetooth icon in the video

Same here. I've been reporting the issue to Samsung nonstop in the beta feedback. Only mine is the buds2 pro where it will randomly disconnect and reconnect
