QuestionsHello,
It sounds like the issue might be related to compatibility changes in One UI 7. Since Home Up isnāt available yet for this version, itās possible that customizations made through it, like your color palette, arenāt supported or may reset during certain actions like clearing the cache partition.
Here are a few suggestions to try as a workaround:
1. Reapply the Color Palette Manually:
Go to Settings > Wallpaper & Style > Color Palette and see if you can reapply a similar palette manually. This might not restore your exact customization from Home Up, but it could bring back a consistent look.
2. Check for Home Up Updates:
Keep an eye on the Good Lock app for updates. Once Home Up becomes available for One UI 7, your customizations might be restored, or you could recreate them.
3. Submit Feedback:
Since this could be a beta-related issue, submit a report through the Samsung Members app to ensure the development team is aware of the compatibility problem with Home Up.
4. Use Another Customization App:
In the meantime, you could explore third-party apps that allow similar customizations, although results may vary.
Hopefully, Home Up gets updated soon to support One UI 7, as many users rely on it for personalization.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
