WiFi update notifications

I keep getting these notifications even though nothing's changed. Just got three within ten minutes, all while sitting at my dining table. 

Have received these all through the Beta period.

To help troubleshoot, could you check if these notifications are coming from a specific app or system service? If possible, please provide details such as:

The type of notifications you’re receiving (e.g., Wi-Fi, location, network changes, app alerts).

Whether the issue persists after restarting the device or toggling notifications off and back on.

If the problem continues, we recommend submitting a report through the Samsung Members app under Beta Feedback, including any relevant screenshots or logs. This will help the development team analyze the behavior and implement potential fixes in future updates.

It's happened consistently, under all circumstances you mentioned above. And I've gotten responses from others, indicating the same things happen to them.

As a side note, when will those of us with unlocked devices receive beta 4? Being locked out is quite infuriating.
